Kekerasan:
Untuk tabung yang W.T ≥ 2 mm, tes kekerasan Rockwell harus dilakukan.
Uji tabung boiler tanpa jahitan:
1.Pengujian lentur:
Tabung harus menjalani uji lentur ketika OD ≤22mm. Sudut lentur adalah 90 derajat, dan jari-jari lentur adalah 6 kali diameter luar tabung baja.
2. Uji hidraulik;
Pengujian eddy current, pengujian ultrasonik dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti pengujian hidrolik.C8 harus diikuti.
