Apa itu baja tahan karat SUPER FERRITE?
*Ini adalah jenis stainless steel ferrit yang mengandung karbon rendah, nitrogen dan unsur kimia lainnya.
*C+N≤120ppm -400ppm ((250ppm,150ppm).
Karakteristik
*Dengan karbon dan nitrogen yang sangat rendah - memenuhi persyaratan pengolahan dan kinerja
*Niobium titanium stabilisasi ganda-performance pengelasan yang ditingkatkan
* Kandungan kromium:kromium rendah ((10,5-15%), kromium ((15-22%) dan kromium tinggi ((22-32%);
Keuntungan
* Kemampuan korosi stres yang baik, semua jenis korosi lokal, korosi antioksidan (termasuk ketahanan oksidasi suhu tinggi).
*Densitas rendah
Konduktivitas termal yang baik: 30%-50% lebih tinggi dari austenit. Koefisien ekspansi termal kecil: 30%-40% lebih rendah dari austenit.
